RightsiZED produces off-the shelf modular solutions that can be utilised independently or connected together horizontally and vertically to create larger connected spaces. Structures can be purchased in kit form or pre-assembled.

Layout 1

This design features an up-and-over bedroom layout, where one bedroom is positioned one floor above the other. The top floor encompasses the master bedroom, power outlets, a built in wardrobe and storage area. Directly below the master bedroom lies the ground-floor bedroom. Both bedrooms provide space for a double bed. The ground-floor bedroom has access to its own balcony and is separated from the rest of the unit by a privacy screen, which leads out to the kitchenette. Beyond the kitchenette is the WC & shower room, followed by stairs that lead up to the top floor. Staying on the ground floor and beyond the stairs is a combined living and dining area. This area leads out onto another balcony, ideal for alfresco living, dining and relaxing.
