1. What’s included in the rent?
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, council tax (if applicable), and scheduled professional cleaning of shared spaces. No hidden costs.

2. What is the minimum stay?
We offer flexible stays from just 3 months, with longer-term options available depending on your needs.
3. Who are your rooms suitable for?
Our rooms are ideal for professionals on assignment, contractors, corporate staff, shift workers, students, or anyone relocating for work or between house moves.
4. Are your properties furnished?
Yes. All our rooms come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and often a Smart TV. Kitchens and common areas are fully equipped too.
5. Can I view a property before booking?
Absolutely. We offer both in-person and virtual viewings for most properties. Just contact our team to arrange a convenient time.
6. Is there a deposit or booking fee?
Yes, a standard deposit is required (protected by a government-approved scheme), and in some cases a small holding fee may apply, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
7. What if something breaks or needs fixing?
Our in-house maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues quickly. Just report it via your tenant portal or by contacting our support team.
8. Are couples allowed?
Some rooms can accommodate couples for an additional fee. Please ask about availability when enquiring.
9. Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless stated otherwise for a specific property.
10. Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your extended stay, subject to availability.

2. What is the length of the guaranteed rent agreement?
We offer contracts from 5+ years, giving you long-term peace of mind with fixed, monthly payments.
3. Do I have to furnish the property?
No. We take care of furnishing and styling the property to a high standard suitable for our professional tenant base.
4. Who handles maintenance and tenant issues?
We do. Naviho manages all tenant interactions, routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and property compliance, so you don’t have to.
5. How quickly can you get started?
Once we’ve viewed and assessed your property, we can often sign contracts and prepare it for occupancy within 7–14 days.
6. What areas do you cover?
We currently operate in Treforest, Cardiff, Newport, and other South Wales hubs, with rapid expansion into Bristol, Bath, and cities across the South of England.
